The Anatomy of a Golden Setup

Hey trader,

It’s been one heck of a trading week for the Golden Setup.

So, I wanted to share with you a complete breakdown of my favorite setup from this week.

In fact, I’m going to take it a step further and let you all see the LIVE session right HERE.

The S&P 500 E-Mini Futures, the ES, and the Nasdaq 100 E-Mini Futures, the NQ, are two of the most popular vehicles for traders.

And if you’re not ready to jump into futures trading, that’s ok. My concepts work just as well on their ETF counterparts.

Deconstructing a Perfect Golden Setup

So, let’s dive into Thursday’s trade in the NQ.

Price had moved from the 23650 down toward our key zone at 23626.

This was where I wanted to enter the trade based on my Golden Setup that had identified 23626 BEFORE the market even opened.

I entered the trade, buying two contracts. With two contracts, I can take profits at my first target, set my stop to breakeven or use a trailing stop on the second contract, and shoot for even higher.

However, I NEVER jump into a trade without knowing my risk.

In this case, my stop was down at 23612. Fortunately, price never even came close.

What Made This Trade Work

The Golden Setup isn’t magic. It’s a structured strategy with clearly defined parameters.

I know exactly when to jump in, where my risk is, and my potential profits BEFORE ever clicking the mouse.

Most traders are reactive. They see price moving and jump in, hoping for the best.

That's the difference between gambling and trading.

When you know your levels in advance, when you have clear entry and exit rules, when you manage risk systematically - trading becomes a business, not a casino.

Your Next Step

You know that whole give a man a fish/teach a man to fish saying?

That’s what I’m all about.

Every day, folks get my premarket playbook. They see how I’m setting up for the day, learning how to analyze charts and make good decisions.

That’s why I encourage you to take my Golden Setup for a spin.

Trade with a plan,
